Terms and Conditions Overview

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Soul Network, whether accessed directly or indirectly through distributors, online, via mobile devices, email, or telephone. By using our website or any of our applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions (including our privacy statement).

The content and infrastructure of the Platform, as well as the online reservation service, are owned and operated by soulnetwork.co.uk. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Definitions

"Soul Network," "us," "we," or "our": Refers to Soul Network, incorporated under the laws of the UK.

"Platform": The (mobile) website and app where the Service is available, owned and operated by Soul Network.

"Service": The online reservation service, including payment facilitation, for various products and services available on the Platform.

"Supplier": Providers of accommodation, attractions, tours, transfers, insurance, and other travel-related services available for reservation on the Platform.

Usage

Our Service is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g., spider, scrape), display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products, or services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Acknowledgement and Indemnity

By attending our events, you acknowledge the activities you will undertake and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, Soul Network is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to you or your party. You will indemnify Soul Network and its agents against any loss, damage, or injury resulting from a breach of these terms or arising from your actions or those of your party.

Photography & Videography 

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or videoed, and understand that these images may be used online to advertise future events. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event under a ticket purchased by you or somebody else, you are agreeing to be photographed and or videoed at Soul Network. If you would prefer not to be photographed please advise the photographer at the event, at the time, not to photograph you. Soul network is not responsible for your image appearing on line after the event.

Tickets

Tickets purchased for Soul Network events are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by Soul Network.

Under special circumstances, ticket names can be changed to another person within the same ticket category (e.g., member to member).

Membership rate tickets require membership numbers at the time of purchase. Failure to provide a valid membership number will result in the application of the non-member rate.

Unsubscribing from the members list revokes membership, and the non-members fee will apply for future tickets.

Membership

To join as a member, attend a Soul Network event by purchasing a non-member ticket (only required once).

This entitles you to discounts and benefits.

Travel Insurance for Weekend Events

Travel insurance mandatory to book onto our weekend events and holidays. This needs  to cover all cancellation scenarios. All deposits are non-refundable.

And Payments made in installments are non-refundable up to the amount paid by each installment date.

Soul Network is not responsible for any loss, accident, illness, or injury. Ensure your travel insurance covers cancellations and other potential issues.

Party Leaders

The "Party Leader" is responsible for the booking and ensuring all payments are made on time.

The Party Leader must approve any changes to the booking and can transfer this responsibility to another group member with written notification.

Travel to the Event

Soul Network is not responsible for missed, delayed, or cancelled trains. Attendees must make alternative arrangements to reach the event. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend the event due to travel issues.

Accommodation

Check your accommodation type and read the description carefully. Changes cannot be made on the day of arrival.

Wristbands must be worn for event entry. Lost wristbands incur a £30 replacement fee.

Safety

Your safety is our priority. Drink responsibly and be aware that accidents under the influence of alcohol may not be covered by insurance. Soul Network is not liable for any accidents, loss, or injuries.

Security

Keep personal belongings secure at all times. Use hotel safes and lock windows and doors.

Itinerary Changes

Event schedules and DJs are subject to change. We will inform you of any changes via text.

Deposits and Installments

All deposits are non-refundable. This includes deposits for event passes that do not include accommodation.

Payments made in installments are non-refundable up to the amount paid by each installment date.

Cancellations

Travel cancellation insurance is not included. We recommend annual travel insurance.

If a party member cancels, the remaining members must cover the increased accommodation costs. Refunds are conditional on re-letting the accommodation and subject to fees.

Cancellation must be notified in writing. Refunds are processed based on the notice period before the event, minus deposits and fees.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
