Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through any platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

The content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online reservation service provided through the website, are owned, operated, and provided by Soul Network (soulnetwork.co.uk) and are for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Definitions

“Soul Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Soul Network, incorporated under the laws of the UK.

“Platform” refers to the website and app on which the Service is made available, owned, controlled, managed, maintained, and/or hosted by Soul Network.

“Service” refers to the online reservation service (including payment facilitation) for various products and services as made available by suppliers on the Platform.

“Supplier” refers to the provider of accommodation, attractions, boat parties, sightseeing tours, cruises, rail and coach tours, transfers, insurances, and any other travel or related product or service available for reservation on the Platform.

Our Service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g., spider, scrape), display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products, or services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Tickets

All tickets purchased for a Soul Network event are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by Soul Network.

If you are unable to attend an event, under special circumstances, you may change the name on your tickets to another person, provided that the person taking over the ticket is in the same ticket category as you (e.g., a member can change the name to another member). If you change the name to a non-member, an additional fee will apply.

If you purchase tickets at a membership price, you must supply the membership numbers of the person/people for whom you are purchasing. Failure to provide the membership number, or if the person cannot be found on our list, will result in the non-member rate being applied.

Unsubscribing from our members list revokes your membership, and you will be required to pay the non-members fee for your next ticket, which will then rejoin you as a member.

Membership

To join as a member, attend your first Soul Network event.

Purchase a non-members ticket (you will only pay the non-members rate once).

After attending the event and enjoying the music, people, and atmosphere, fill out a membership form on the night.

A membership number will be issued to you the following week.

As a member, you will be entitled to discounts and member benefits.

Travel Insurance

It is mandatory to secure travel insurance on the day of booking any of our weekenders. This insurance must cover you for cancellations, accidents, illnesses, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. All payments are non-refundable. Soul Network shall not be held liable for any losses, accidents, illnesses, or injuries incurred.

You acknowledge that all payments, including deposits and any subsequent payments made toward Soul Network events are non-refundable. This applies to all payments made in installments; each installment is final and non-refundable once paid.

Soul Network and its representatives are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in any activity during the event.

Soul Network is not responsible for any losses or claims resulting from natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or the bankruptcy of any hotel or venue that may cause the event to be canceled. You are responsible for acquiring adequate travel insurance to cover yourself against such risks.

Party Leaders

The "Party Leader" is the nominated person responsible for the booking. The Party Leader is responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time and for coordinating with Soul Network. The Party Leader can transfer their position to another member by informing us in writing.

Travel to the Event

Soul Network is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or missed trains. You are responsible for making alternative arrangements to attend the event.

Accommodation

Ensure you check the type of accommodation you have booked and read the description on the website. We will not be able to change your accommodation on the day of arrival as the event is fully sold out.

Wristbands must be worn throughout the weekend to gain entry to events. Lost wristbands will incur a £30 replacement fee.

Safety and Security

Your safety is our first priority. Please act responsibly at all times.

Soul Network promotes responsible drinking. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so responsibly. Accidents while under the influence may not be covered by your travel insurance, and Soul Network is not liable for any such incidents.

You are responsible for keeping your personal belongings safe. Follow our security guidelines to protect your valuables.

Deposits, Installments, and Cancellations

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, including those for event passes without accommodation.

Installment Payments: If you choose to pay in installments, each payment must be made on or before the required date. Each installment is non-refundable once paid, regardless of any subsequent cancellation.

Cancellations: Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the price of the weekender. Soul Network strongly recommends you take out travel insurance to cover costs should you need to cancel your booking.

If a member of your party drops out, the remaining party members are responsible for covering any increased accommodation costs. If payments are not made on time, Soul Network reserves the right to cancel the booking, and all deposits will be forfeited.

Photography and Videography:

By attending any Soul Network event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or videoed during the event. These photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online platforms, social media, and marketing materials.

If you do not wish to appear in any publicly used photographs or videos, it is your responsibility to inform the photographer or videographer at the event. Soul Network is not liable for any use of your image if you have not explicitly informed the relevant parties that you do not wish to be recorded or photographed.

Third-Party Purchases:

If someone else has purchased a ticket on your behalf and has agreed to these terms and conditions by clicking the acceptance box, these terms and conditions apply to you as the ticket holder.

Responsibility to Review Terms: It is the responsibility of the person who purchased the ticket to ensure that you, as the ticket holder, have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Your Responsibility: As the ticket holder, it is your responsibility to request and review the terms and conditions from the person who purchased the ticket before you agree to accept and use the ticket.

By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, even if the ticket was purchased on your behalf by another party.

By purchasing a ticket, or having a ticket purchased for you, you  agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
