Soul Network Terms & Conditions Below

  1. Overview

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Soul Network, whether accessed directly or indirectly through distributors, online, via mobile devices, email, or telephone.
1.2 By using our website, mobile site, or applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) and/or completing a reservation or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms (including our Privacy Policy).
1.3 The Platform and its online reservation service are owned and operated by Soul Network (soulnetwork.co.uk) and are provided for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Terms set out below.

  1. Definitions

2.1 “Soul Network”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Soul Network, incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom.
2.2 “Platform” means the (mobile) website, application, or any other digital service owned and operated by Soul Network.
2.3 “Service” means the online reservation and payment facilitation services for products and events available on the Platform.
2.4 “Supplier” refers to providers of accommodation, attractions, tours, transfers, insurance, and other travel-related services made available via the Platform.
2.5 “Party Leader” means the individual responsible for making and managing a group booking.

  1. Usage of the Platform

3.1 The Service is for personal and non-commercial use only.
3.2 You may not re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor, display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products, or services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive purpose.

  1. Acknowledgement and Indemnity

4.1 By attending any Soul Network event, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with participation.
4.2 To the extent permitted by law, Soul Network accepts no liability for any loss, damage, accident, illness, or injury to you or your party.
4.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soul Network, its directors, agents, and staff against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in our events or breach of these Terms.

  1. Tickets

5.1 All tickets purchased for Soul Network events are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by Soul Network.
5.2 Under special circumstances, ticket names may be changed to another person within the same ticket category (e.g., member to member), subject to prior approval.
5.3 Membership rate tickets require a valid membership number at the time of purchase. Failure to provide one will result in the non-member rate being applied.
5.4 Unsubscribing from the members list revokes membership, and future tickets will be charged at the non-member rate.
5.5 Tickets may be transferred privately to another person, provided Soul Network is notified in writing and the replacement attendee’s details are confirmed before the event.

5.6 Members free birthday tickets can only be obtained by existing members, and proof of birthday may be required.

  1. Membership

6.1 Membership is obtained by attending a Soul Network event via the purchase of a non-member ticket (only required once).
6.2 Members are entitled to discounts and exclusive benefits, subject to continued subscription.

  1. Travel Insurance

7.1 Travel insurance is mandatory for all weekend events and holidays booked with Soul Network.
7.2 All insurance must cover cancellation under all scenarios, including illness, injury, or bereavement.
7.3 All deposits and installment payments are non-refundable.
7.4 Soul Network accepts no responsibility for any loss, accident, illness, or injury. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate travel insurance is in place.

  1. Party Leaders

8.1 The Party Leader is responsible for the booking and ensuring that all payments are made in full and on time.
8.2 The Party Leader must approve any booking changes. This responsibility may be transferred to another group member upon written notice to Soul Network.

  1. Travel to Events

9.1 Soul Network is not responsible for missed, delayed, or cancelled transport, including trains, flights, or coaches.
9.2 No refunds will be issued for failure to attend an event due to travel disruption.

  1. Accommodation

10.1 Please check accommodation type and descriptions carefully prior to booking.
10.2 Changes cannot be made upon arrival.
10.3 Wristbands must be worn at all times for event entry. Lost wristbands incur a £30 replacement fee.

  1. Safety and Conduct

11.1 Attendees are expected to act responsibly and respect others at all times.
11.2 Drink responsibly. Accidents or injuries occurring under the influence of alcohol may not be covered by insurance.
11.3 Soul Network reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person acting in a disorderly or unsafe manner.

 

  1. Security of Personal Belongings

12.1 Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. 

12.2 Attendees using unattended cloakrooms understand that they leave their personal belongings at their own risk 
12.3 Soul Network is not liable for loss or theft. Use hotel safes where available and secure rooms when unattended.

  1. Photography and Videography

13.1 By attending any event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes on websites and social media.
13.2 If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer at the event.
13.3 Soul Network accepts no responsibility for any image appearing online after the event.

  1. Itinerary Changes

14.1 Event schedules, performers, and DJs are subject to change without notice.
14.2 Updates will be communicated via text or email where possible. No refunds will be given due to line-up changes.

  1. Deposits and Installments

15.1 All deposits are non-refundable, including for event passes without accommodation.
15.2 Payments made in installments are non-refundable up to the amount paid by each installment date.

  1. Cancellations

16.1 Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the booking. Annual travel insurance is strongly recommended.
16.2 If a member of a party cancels, the remaining members are responsible for any increased accommodation costs.
16.3 Refunds (where applicable) are conditional on re-letting the accommodation and subject to administrative fees.
16.4 Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds are processed based on notice period before the event, less deposits and applicable fees.

  1. Force Majeure

17.1 Soul Network shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or acts of terrorism.

  1. Limitation of Liability

18.1 Soul Network’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
18.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  1. Severability

19.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Governing Law

20.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
20.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms and Conditions

21. Specific Event Terms

21.1 Please note that certain Soul Network events, including Soul in the Caribbean – Barbados and Soul in the Algarve, are governed by their own specific Terms and Conditions.
21.2 These separate Terms and Conditions outline additional policies relating to travel, accommodation, and cancellations that apply exclusively to those events.
21.3 By booking or attending these events, you agree to the applicable event-specific Terms in addition to these general Soul Network Terms and Conditions.
